"Making Beats is my cigarette”. This is what Cowboy Lemonhead tells people when asked why he makes music. He works to create music that has a signature that won’t sounds status quo - even when making traditional genre music.

"I started all this battle rapping in junior high. My mom bought me a keyboard then I started making beats to battle rap to. That went from rigging my radio to another radio and keyboard and looping beats and it just kept going".

I still spit hip-hop, but making songs and beats is where I live.
